The focus for today is: I set aside old patterns, and make room for new growth.
The description of the Growth card (from The Lakota Sweat Lodge Cards) reads as follows:
"The internal work you've been doing has paid off. Congratulations! You're about to experience the next level of growth and will now be rewarded with new ideas, new sensibilities, and new vitality.
"By setting aside old patterns, you have cleared ground for the growth that will be yours. Your determination has led you to this point and will serve you well. in the future. Let this experience reinforce your future growth and change."
So, our next step and the task at hand is to open ourselves to the gifts of innocence, of new growth and rejuvenation.
