The focus for today, and for the weekend, is:

I step out of my comfort zone and embrace change.

Today's inspiration was written by Marie T. Russell:

Change can be an opportunity for growth and reinvention, but it requires courage and a willingness to take risks. It requires us to step out of our comfort zone and explore new possibilities. It requires us to let go of the past and embrace the present and the future.

To embrace change, we first acknowledge and accept that it is a part of life. We can’t control every aspect of our lives, but we can control how we respond to it.

It is up to us to choose whether we see change as a challenge or an opportunity.
