InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration

July 28-29-30 , 2023

The focus for today (and the weekend) is:

I choose to heal my heart and free it
from old wounds and sufferings.

Today's inspiration was written by Olivier Clerc:

This is Marie T. Russell, publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of freeing your heart from old wounds and sufferings (today and every day)

Comment from Marie:
The way to inner peace is to let go of grievances, old stories of injustices, and resentments. Once we let go of those, we can attain a peaceful state of mind and have room for gratitude and love to grow in our heart.

Our focus for today (and the weekend): I choose to heal my heart and free it from old wounds and sufferings.
