InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration

September 11, 2023

The focus for today is:

I let go of any feelings of shame and guilt for procrastinating.

Today's inspiration was written by Pragya Agarwal:

This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of letting go of any feelings of shame and guilt for procrastinating (today and every day)

Comment from Marie:
The problem with judging ourselves about procrastination is that we put ourselves down and then get in a rut -- which makes it hard to get out of the tendency to procrastinate since we feel bad about ourselves.

Our focus for today: I let go of any feelings of shame and guilt for procrastinating.
