InnerSelf Newsletter: October 30th, 2016

Welcome... Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

Life does at times present us with challenges. This week we look at some of these challenges and at ways to get through them.

Lately, in the US, a major hurdle has been the upcoming election (and all its scenarios). Some of our election-related problems take place when our loved ones are not on the same side of the political divide as we are. (We're really all on the same side, but in the political game these days, that does not appear to be the case.) Allison Carmen, the author of The Gift of Maybe discusses our role after the election (if not before) in "The Aftermath of the US Elections: Healing and Finding Common Ground".

Another challenge that is unfortunately much too common is cancer. Two of our articles specifically deal with that: "What to Do When a Loved One Says, "I Have Cancer""  and Mike  Herbert, ND, the author of Stay Healthy During Chemo shares "Change Your Thinking and Develop an Attitude Focused on Healing".

Barbara Berger also provides us with tools to deal with challenging situations in "You Can Manage This Moment -- One Minute At A Time".  Both Alan Cohen and myself (Marie T. Russell) reflect on the positive repercussions of loving ourselves through our thoughts and actions.

Scroll down below for the links to these and numerous additional articles on a variety of topics ranging from Arthritis, to Clean Energy, Ghosts, Marijuana, Red Wine, and much much more.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, and loving week.

How to Get Paid Big Time for Your Creations

How to Get Paid Big Time for Your Creations

Truly creative people are more interested in the process of creating than its side effects. They do not create in order to get something else. The joy of creating is reward enough in itself. Awards and accolades are not the goal; they are the byproducts of the goal.
