InnerSelf Newsletter: April 29th, 2018

Welcome... Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

One of the articles this week has in the title: " As Within, So Without" and that is the theme this week. It all starts inside... and then manifests in the external world... whether we're talking about our health and vitality (Are You Holding Your Breath?), our guidance (How Paying Attention To Your Dreams Can Save Your Life), our happiness (The Shocking Truth About Happiness), and our spirituality (Walking the Mystical Path of Oneness).

We've been conditioned to look outside of ourselves for answers... whether through our loved ones, teachers, leaders, churches, law-makers. However, the only proper place, for answers that are relevant and pertinent to our own self, is within our own being through our own inner connection to Love. While others may be well-intentioned in providing you with what they feel is the answer for you, only you can tune in and see if the outside suggestions resonate in your being as truth for you.

Our authors share their path or their vision in hopes of sparking within you a recognition of your own truth and they provide methods and tools for you to arrive at your own "ah-ha" moments of "in-lightenment".

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, and loving week.

Are You Holding Your Breath? What Takes Your Breath Away?

Written by Jacob Liberman, O.D., Ph.D.

Are You Holding Your Breath? What Takes Your Breath Away?

The word spirit, from the Latin spiritus, means “breath” and is also associated with “light.” Anything that interrupts the breath weakens the life force, diminishing our light. When we hold our breath, we obstruct our ability to see, be, and respond to life. Our spirit, our breath, and our light are inseparable.

As Within, So Without: How To Be The Change

Written by Will T. Wilkinson

As Within, So Without: How To Be The Change

Today, millions of previously gracious, loving individuals have been enrolled in madness. They, or perhaps we, now hate the President and rage against a rigged system. Self-righteousness doesn’t alter the frequency of our personal energetic broadcasts, be they loving or hateful. We witness the reflection as escalating “terrorism” of various kinds. As within, so without.
