The red pill blue pill from the movie, The Matrix.

Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

The movie The Matrix introduced us to the concept of the "red pill" or "blue pill"... depicting a choice between two ways of life, two different perspectives, two very different paths
. However, the choices presented to us may not include all options. There may be, not just the blue or red, but a whole rainbow of choices that have not yet been explored. These other choices can often be discovered by "thinking outside the box".

Life is about choices. What we do, what we think, what we say, what we eat, how we feel, how we communicate, who we associate with, etc. etc... And our choices have consequences. Some "good", some "bad".

Our most important choice is whether we make decisions and take actions based on fear (anger, jealousy, resentment, uncertainty, propaganda, indoctrination, the "security" of habits, etc.) or whether our decisions are based on Love -- for ourselves, our fellow inhabitants of Planet Earth, and Mother Earth herself. The loving choices are accessed via our inner guidance and intuition, listening to our heart, doing what feels right (and what we know is right), etc.

This week we take a look at some choices and some consequences. The thing to remember is that it's never too late to make a different choice, and possibly a different one than the options commonly presented to us. While life remains, there are still changes we can make based on choosing new attitudes and thus creating new possibilities.
