Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

Our world, our life, our relationships, are all built with building blocks. Our reality is created one block (one action, one thought, one word) at a time. Sometimes we have to undo a section of blocks (emotional as well as physical) to be able to rebuild according to new specifications. But the final result will always the same: it's made up of different pieces ending up with a wholeness, a unity, a harmony constructed under the shining lights of our higher selves.

This week, we look at various building blocks in our lives and at how to change or move the pieces to attain the goals we all yearn for: inner peace, unconditional love, harmony, joy, and wellbeing on all levels.

As we approach the holidays, many issues may be coming up... possibly some old issues not yet resolved, some of them disguised as new issues, or perhaps just presenting themselves in new ways and new packaging. Yet, through it all, we remember that every day, with every action, we are building our future, one building block at a time.
