Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.
In order to give, and/or to receive, we need an open hand (and an open mind and open heart). Being closed-off in any way blocks the flow of energy, of life, of love. Life gives us many blessings as well as challenges, and when we remain open to it all, we find the gift in every aspect of our daily life.
One of the things to be open to is gratitude, both in giving and in receiving. There are many things to be grateful for, and we may need to reflect on how to add gratitude to our daily menu of attitudes and actions -- gratitude towards ourselves, towards others, and also to our magnificent Mother Earth who is also going through her own challenges.
As we open our hands and our heart, we can connect with others (and with the whole world) in a more open and loving manner. This is the way to our own healing and to the healing of the world. It is time to open our hands, and hearts, to give and receive the many blessings that are ours to give (and receive).
