Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

How we see things, how we interpret them, is then how we will react and move forward. Perception is everything. Unfortunately, our perception is often distorted by bias, misinformation, and outright lies. This week we look at various perceptions we have, or had, how we got there and where we go from here... And of course, when we choose truth, it sets us free.

At InnerSelf.com, we strive to bring you articles that can inform and enlighten you. Sometimes the truth can be blinding and lead us to anger or despair. But, after the initial "wow! I didn't know that", the next step is where we find our freedom. We take the truths we have discovered and use them to guide our steps into a better future, starting here and now..

Scroll down for the new articles and videos that were added to the website this week.

Please visit our YouTube channel and subscribe. Thank you.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
